In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), Termet S.A. informs that:
1. The Data Controller for your personal data is Termet S.A, with its registered office in Świebodzice (58-160), at ul. Długa 13, which is entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000041459, having tax identification no. 884-16-31-476 and REGON identification no. 890346982, and having share capital equal to PLN 3,900,000.
2. Your personal data, to the extent indicated in the provisions of the Labor Law, will be processed for the purpose of the current recruitment procedure on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Article 22 of the Labor Code dated 13 April 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917), as amended, and the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of 28 May 1996 on the scope of employers’ record-keeping in matters related to the employment relationship and the manner of keeping employee files. Other data, including contact details, will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) which can be revoked at any time.
3. Your personal data will be retained for a period of 12 months.
4. You have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify, erase, or restrict the processing, and the right to withdraw your consent.
5. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
6. Provision of personal data to the extent specified in Article 22 of the Labor Code is mandatory. Your provision of other data is voluntary.
