1. The Data Controller for the personal data processed to the extent and for the purpose necessary to provide services is “TERMET S.A.,” having tax identification no. 884-16-31-476, REGON identification no. 890346982, e-mail address termet@termet.com.pl, and tel. no. +48 74 85 60 801 (the cost of a call is according to the customer’s operator’s rates), for which the registration files are kept by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna, IX Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under KRS no. 0000041459 (hereinafter referred to as “Data Controller”).
  2. The data is processed for the purpose of providing services related to the VOUCHER CAMPAIGN contest intended for our Authorized Installers and Authorized Service Technicians. The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time.
  3. The Data Controller processes the data lawfully, collects it for designated legitimate purposes, and does not subject it to further processing incompatible with those purposes. The data are collected only to the extent adequate, needed, and necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
  4. The Data Controller makes every effort to protect the users’ personal data from unauthorized access by third parties, and in this regard applies high-level organizational and technical security measures. The Data Controller does not share personal data with any recipients not authorized to obtain it in accordance with the mandatory provisions of law in this regard.
  5. The Data Controller keeps the data for no longer than necessary for the purposes (item 2) for which the data subject has given his or her consent or until the consent is withdrawn.
  6. The data subject has the right to request from the controller access to the content of his or her personal data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of his or her data. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the event of unlawful processing of his or her personal data.
  7. Provision of personal data is voluntary; however, a failure to provide data marked as necessary prevents the provision of services related to the implementation of the VOUCHER CAMPAIGN contest.
